At our core, we are a Marketing and Travel services company focused on enhancing your ability to deliver and enjoy meaningful experiences, face to face + digitally.

The name Vosant was inspired by the French "Vos Attentes" meaning Your Expectations.  ​​Just like your expectations, the purpose of your journey generally dictates your ideal location, budget and season.   It is our goal to find the best solutions that align with your reasons for movement.

After a personal conversation about your desired experience and expectations, Vosant Meetings & Travel will source service providers, destinations and/or venues based on your preferences.

Our Founder

After 10 years in the Hospitality Industry, Ariel M. Weinshanker launched Vosant Meetings & Travel in New York City.  She loves working with her clients to find the ideal Hotel, Travel and Technology solutions that can bring their vision to life!  In 2019, she was named one of the Top 30 Under 30 Travel Advisors by Travel Agent Central.  Ariel’s expertise comes from working for exceptional Hospitality companies including Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Starwood's Luxury Collection, Hotel Del Coronado and Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa.  Ms. Weinshanker graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management and a minor in Marketing from Cal Poly Pomona.  ​Her capstone project was based on the findings from implementing an electronic guest feedback system in the University’s student-run fine dining Restaurant.

Sustainability

Practices that protect the planet, natives and locals are important to Vosant Meetings & Travel.  We enjoy working with our clients to highlight environmentally sustainable travel offerings including alternatives to flying and focusing on unique experiences in our client's backyard.

We staunchly request that our travel partners stock locally sourced refreshments, bathroom products and relevant items in reusable containers.  We fully support the permanent removal of single use plastic bottles + bags and Styrofoam.  We expect our vendors to respect our paperless business model by only providing electronic flyers, catalogs and itineraries, unless otherwise requested.
